How we decode credits
Credit systems make prices hard to compare across vendors. We convert every vendor's credits into a real per-record price, the same way for all of them.
One rule, applied to every vendor
Entry paid plan
We price each vendor's cheapest paid plan, not a free tier and not a high-volume enterprise deal. It's the price a real new buyer faces.
Monthly billing
The monthly price, with no annual lock-in. If a vendor only sells annual contracts, we say so on that row.
Only usable credits
We divide by the credits you can actually spend on that record type, ignoring free verification or bonus credits that pad the headline count.
The vendor's own credit rules
One email might be 1 credit, a mobile 10, a company 6. We use each vendor's published conversion, so a phone isn't priced like an email.
Worked example
A vendor's cheapest paid plan is $49/month for 2,000 usable credits. Their docs say a verified email is 1 credit and a mobile is 5 credits. So on the index they show $49 ÷ 2,000 = $0.025 per email and $0.123 per mobile ($0.025 × 5). Click any price to see that exact math and a link to verify it on the vendor's page.
